Why Infuse Coffee?

Even before Fused Coffee, scientists have been infusing coffee with different flavors for years to make it taste even better. While these infusions enhance the overall flavor of coffee, they do little to enhance the overall nutritional value of each cup. For years, coffee is just coffee. Nothing more, nothing less. But, in recent years, an idea was conceived that coffee could be enhanced, or become something better. Attempts were then made to increase the already great benefits of coffee. Some of these attempts proved to be beneficial, but we wanted to create something even better: to brew the world’s most nutrient-rich cup of coffee and to elevate the world’s vision of what coffee should be. Again, we found that seeds would provide the answer to our question and allow us to turn our idea into a reality.

What Seeds are used?

Especially for Fused Coffee, we have formulated a blend of grapefruit seed, grape seed, pomegranate seed, and black cumin seed. Each seed carries its own benefits and nutrients. By combining the four seed oils into each coffee bean, we’ve created a supercharged source of nutrition that takes your normal cup of coffee and turns it into a source of health and wellness. See below for each seed benefits!

Mankind and the black cumin seed have a long history. For thousands of years, the black cumin seed has been used as a safe source of wellness and health. Use of this seed dates all the way back to the days of King Tut in ancient Egypt. This seed oil is one of the powerful sources of nutrition in Soul and Core. Now we’re putting it in your coffee.

Black cumin seed is a natural source of antioxidants like ellagitannins, phytonutrients, and anthocyanins.

The grape has been used for thousands of years all over the globe and is heralded for its healthy benefits. Many press the grape into juices and wines in order to reap its health benefits. But we chose to press the grape seed instead, extracting a more potent form of those nutrients.

Grapes are naturally a rich source of antioxidants and so are their seeds. Grape seed extract is shown to have a high level of antioxidants, which fight against free radicals. It also provides a concentrated source of flavonoids, linoleic acid, and Vitamin E. Each nutrient found in the grape seed is beneficial to the body, giving it the things it needs to function well.

Grapefruit seed extract has a long, helpful history in many cultures. It has been used from South America to Europe and all the way to Asia as a cleansing tool and for other health-related purposes. Now we’ve taken that same goodness and infused it into our coffee to boost the overall healthful properties of each cup.

The grapefruit seed has several important, inherent benefits that we want to offer coffee drinkers. It’s rich in nutrients and phytochemicals and is also a great source of plant antioxidants. This seed also contains a combination of Vitamin C, fiber, and potassium.

The pomegranate seed has been used for thousands of years across the world in many different cultures for its powerful health benefits. Those benefits fit in perfectly with the other three oils of our proprietary blend.

There is something to be said for a fruit so powerful that many companies build entire product lines around it. We took this powerful fruit and reaped the benefits at their purest, most potent level: directly from the seed. The pomegranate seed provides Punic acid, which is an Omega 5 fatty acid. It is also a great source of antioxidants, fiber, potassium, and Vitamins C and K. Its potent properties make it a super-food

Our Patent Pending Process

Our proprietary infusion method is groundbreaking. This process allows us to overcome any obstacles others have not been able to overcome. We can then infuse each bean with our proprietary seed blend. It begins with the way we initially extract the oil and nutrients from each seed. Our extraction process preserves the nutritive properties each seed contains to ensure the nutrients are present during the infusion. Our cold-press process also makes the seed oils and extracts much smaller, this is critical. If the oil is not small enough, it cannot enter the microscopic pores of the coffee bean.

Each coffee bean then takes a bath in our proprietary blend, soaking the exterior. The final step involves a specialized vacuum that pulls air out of the beans to make room for the seed blend to occupy. The seed blend is then pulled into the pores of the coffee bean and fills its honeycombed interior. This saturates each bean with a healthy blend of oils and extracts that enhance your coffee, thus elevating it to an entirely new level of wellness.
